Booth Options and Pricing
Coffee Expo offers two options for exhibitions: shell-scheme booths with pre-made booth walls and framing, and space-only booths, which refer to only the allotted floor area of the exhibition hall.

Booth Details
Option 1 - Space Only
Option 1 – Space Only
- “Space-only” consists of only the allotted exhibition space in the exhibition hall.
- A minimum of two 3 meter by 3 meter units (total: 18 sqm) must be ordered in order to qualify for space-only.
- Exhibitors selecting space-only must use one of the Coffee Expo Seoul recommended service contractors to construct their own custom booth.
Option 2 - Shell Scheme
Option 2 – Shell Scheme
Shell Scheme booths include both the floor space within the exhibition hall and a metal booth stand plus other basic equipment. Full details are as below.

Booth Construction Guidelines
- Booth construction may only begin after exhibiting companies have submitted their construction layout and received approval from the Coffee Expo Seoul Secretariat office.
- A separate application for electrical power must be submitted when using any electricity other than the 4 fluorescent lights and 1 spotlight included in each booth. This application will be made available in our Forms & Manuals Section.
Utilities and Additional Services
Electricity supply for basic shell-scheme booth lighting is included in the booth price. Any extra power supplies or utilities must be applied and paid for separately. Please see below for utility rates.

Allocation of Booths
- Booth locations are assigned on a first-come first-served basis.
- Exhibitors will receive a PDF map of the floor plan before booth locations are confirmed.
